It's tiny, the space of a store entrance, but the idea is big: a sort of Lyon vegetarian streetfood counter. For those of you who think that streetfood and gastronomy are irreconcilable, and that vegetarianism is synonymous with boring, Culina in Via is the place to be. There's life in sandwiches as tasty as they are colorful, as in this signature Hortus featuring freshly toasted bread, 12-hour roasted celery, roasted garlic mayonnaise, harissa, fromage frais, herbs and yuzu, crunchy vegetables. Seasonal gazpacho, homemade desserts and original drinks.
