Opposite the Pont de l'Université, on the well-mannered Place Gailleton, it's impossible to miss the orange sign for Teddy. Teddy is a "sausage dog", whose portrait sits majestically in the dining room, and who undoubtedly inspired the creators of this gourmet neighborhood hotdoguerie. Quality ingredients, starting with bakery breads, and hot dog assembly right before your eyes. On site or to take away, several hot dog compositions with Teddy traveling to Berlin, Dallas, New York, Veggieland, only to return to Lyon with a hot dog with sausage, ground beef, cheddar sauce, yoghurt sauce and crispy onions. Street food as we like it, and excellent value for money.
