LE COMPTOIR DE LA CONFLUENCE
Going out and eating well at Confluence does not mean that Futé invites you to explore the "bridges" of the Shopping and leisure centre. We are more interested in the neighboring streets, open onto unexpected destinations. Thus, at this corner of the rue Smith and a square around the Sainte-Blandine church, Comptoir de la Confluence takes us to Spain! The terrace is at least as warm as a room where we like to hang out on the counter, speaking with the lovely Haiet. Yes, Haiet, already met in Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse and who created this place last yeat for gourmands' greatest pleasure in an always developing area. As we talk about the room, let's notice that if the counter is a must-see, the chairs are remarkable and invite you to not stand up anymore. And that is a good thing, because you need to take your time and experience the Spanish life to enjoy a tapas menu made with excellent ingredients directly coming from the Pyrenees. Around a glass of fine Spanish wine, we share sausage tapas, lomo or Iberian chorizo, anchoïade on a slice of bread, eggplant caviar, ham fritters, codfish acras, a wonderful pata negra pluma, pan-fried sepia or squids. Charcuterie products that you can also buy and take away. From the aperitif to late at night, it is the place to go to have a good time in Confluence. Comptoir de la Confluence can be privatised to organise your private or business events. A lively, animated and gourmet Counter.
