It's open every day on the great esplanade François Mitterrand. It's true that there's food and drink. And undoubtedly more to drink - with a cellar of more than 400 bottled beers from around the world and many shots to take the pressure off - than to eat, even if the good planks and other homemade burgers accompany the malted drinks.
