The number of years, 189, adds to the youthfulness of Lyon's most famous brasserie. A true heritage site, it's a must-visit address for those who love the decor, the atmosphere, the waltz of the waiters and the head-turning culinary specialties. A fantastic room with a 700m2 ceiling, monumental chandeliers and an eternal limonaire to play "happy birthday" with the lights off and the room in full swing. Over 450 guests simultaneously savor the house's signature dishes: sauerkraut, tartare prepared in the art before your very eyes, Lyonnais specialties and a Norwegian omelet. Our favorite.
