BRUME
Gastronomic restaurant opposite the Palais de la Bourse, featuring local produce with a hint of Asia.
Opposite the Palais de la Bourse, let's sink our teeth into La Brume. When a "new generation" chef, traveler Rémy Havetz from Sapna, joins forces with two other bon vivants, Thibault and Max from Café Court, they create a unique place to celebrate gastronomy. Here, gastronomy takes pride of place. The same exacting standards, but an unbridled menu that uses local produce while opening up to Asia for surprising creations, such as a beef tartare unlike any other, or fish with flavours from elsewhere. In the evenings, you can share and enjoy the Chartreuse cellar, an exclusive feature that adds light to La Brume.
