Gastronomic restaurant in Lyon serving good seasonal products and a relaxed gastronomy.
With no increase in 2024, this is the least expensive menu in its category, and not the least tasty! Of all the variations (café, bouchon, reserve...) offered by Thomas Ponson, the gastronomic version continues to be our favorite. A sure bet for those wishing to introduce their taste buds to a cuisine that is both contemporary and refined, rooted in the terroir but looking in other directions. Seasonal products, with a predilection for autumn and game dishes such as a royal hunting hare, and a creativity that's always intact to move us in the plate. The wine cellar is not to be outdone in its ability to share with us the finest emotions, always at reasonable prices.

We had the celery risotto with black truffle and the beef gravlax to start and the stuffed quail and braised pork cheek next.
For dessert we had the Corsican clementine declination and the Caramelized « pain perdu » with roasted rum pineapple and vanilla ice cream. All delicious, perfect portion sizes and friendly service. They also offer a good selection of wine.
