Café offering a pleasant terrace for an excellent quality-price ratio in Lyon.
He's lost an accent and gained an umlaut, but Arsëne is still there. Close to the Place Bellecour, Arsëne is ideally located on this small square to welcome us on a peaceful terrace and in a dining room that has changed its atmosphere. Despite the monastic simplicity of the raw walls and vaulted ceilings, the austerity of the furniture and the contemporary graphic lines, we feel strangely enveloped in the warmth of a cocoon. In the kitchen, chef Jules Duroc's cuisine turns Arsëne into an evolving bistronomy with an upward thrust. At lunchtime, a delicious duck glazed with chestnut honey, corn and rocket. To top it all off, a wine list full of aptness.
