In the "classic" Ainay district, easily accessible from Vieux Lyon via the Saint-Georges footbridge, an address that has the good taste to have preserved the historic charm of the premises while giving it a new lease of life. ART, the initials of the three founders -Alexandre, Ronan and Thibaut-, represents the art of contemporary gastronomic cuisine, freely expressed in a convivial atmosphere. Exceptional products are used to create carefully-crafted, innovative dishes. The filet of beef Wellington with homemade mustard is a real highlight, while the roasted Arctic char with bay leaves is a real highlight. The wine list is on the same wavelength. No Sunday lunchtime brunch, original and generous.
