Personnel extrêmement professionnel. J’avais égaré mon chapeau que je pensais avoir oublié dans l’établissement. Après un appel des recherches ont été mené par le personnel jusqu’au restaurant où je suis allée déjeuner et où je l’avais oublié. Il m’a été apporté à mon bureau. La personne en charge a été plus loin que juste me dire qu’il n’a pas été retrouvé… c’est rare moi qui voyage beaucoup et montre un très grand professionnalisme. Je tiens à remercier Valérie et l’équipe de réception pour cela.
