They are the big trend of the moment, they have the wind on their sail: they are the coffee shops. But let's admit that we prefer them to be called "café". What a nice idea to "mix" a bit of both, this American trend on one side and a French tradition on the other, at the Cafétiers, this new place on the peninsula. Soothing décor, in a "sustainable development" style where wood is omnipresent, a small inner courtyard, a ravishing patio, allowing us to have a break far from the crowd during weekends. The baristas prepare excellent fine coffees signed Coutume, roasted in Parisian style and from all over the world. But apart from coffee, there are also richly perfumed teas Cafetiers's menu, which we can accompany with a wonderful pastry. We still love the very fresh sandwiches, with an unmissable wasabi salmon, the equally good salads of the day, and the desserts to prolong the pleasure of being at Les Cafétiers. Enjoy the brunches at weekend and a playlist which counts among the nicest in the city. A nice address.
