MAISON HENRY
Emile Henry, great name of French culinary art, invites you to move into practice in the kitchen by using the wonderful dishes and utensils that can be found at the shop. Each week, "the workshops of Emile" take place on the first floor of the shop in a perfectly fitted space, around a small island and a Lacanche piano where seven participants can discover the secrets of cuisine of top chefs like Fabrice Bonnot, Anthony Bonnet and Jean-Claude Pequet. Some examples of delights that you learn to make a success of: a lobster with Cayenne sauce, frogs' legs in fish stew, a squid stuffed with cod brandade... The courses cost between €70 and €75 (subscription is possible) according to cooked products and take place on the firdt floor of Emile Henry shop on Fridays from 2.30 pm to 4.30pm or Saturday from 10am to 12pm. A gourmet idea to give (yourself) a pleasure!
