Voici la boucherie de Lyon qui ne fait que du bio, des viandes exceptionnelles tracées et dont les producteurs sont connus du patron. Le boeuf vient d'Auvergne, du Charolais, mais aussi d'Espagne ou du Japon, choisi parmi les meilleurs élevages du monde. Le porc n'a pas son pareil dans les boucheries alentour.
