For you too, choosing a bottle of wine is a challenge? What name, variety, year and why not choose the exhibition of the vineyard as long as you are there! What you undoubtedly forget is that you must first choose… the color. The idea, the concept of this chromatic cellar, is to play down the purchase of a bottle of wine, by classifying the wines not by regions, but by "tastes" and by colors. It is not only beautiful, in a cellar with stunning contemporary look, but it's also relevant, and it's a better idea than unknown terroirs. A real selection accessible to everyone, at very reasonable prices - including bottles at less than €10 - to change our wine vision. We still like proposals for food and wines pairing clearly displayed on the labels of the cellar shelves. In the same spirit of "accessibility" to the wine world, tasting evenings are regularly organised.
