On Quai Saint-Antoine, a vaulted oil cellar arranged as a wine cellar which does more things than presenting thirty olive oil wines under the best conditions. All indications, history, origin, the best way to cook it… we are told everything about this precious liquid with many taste, culinary and even medical virtues. We are served on the tap with the greatest kindness. Beware, do not miss the balsamic vinegar aged up to 50 years that is absolutely delicious, typical Mediterranean products based on oil such as tapenade, accessories to serve the oils and vinegar, some pastas. An address full of sun and flavours.
