We'd like to have written Bànôi like the bluish façade of this beautiful house, but our keyboard must be missing some characters! Just a stone's throw from Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse, a gourmet destination that ranks among our top addresses for traditional Vietnamese cuisine. A canteen where you're always warmly welcomed by Nhu in a cheerful atmosphere, even festive when the music kicks in! We love it. On the summer terrace or in the cosy dining room, you'll find top-quality, vegan-compatible cuisine from the mother behind the stoves, including bùn (rice vermicelli), Còm (rice dishes) and wheat noodles, not to mention homemade desserts.
