Climbing aboard the wagon fitted out by Merle in the heart of the Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse is like taking a gourmet trip to the seaside! Merle is the oyster and shellfish specialist since... 1938 ! Clearly marked sources for remarkably fresh seafood. Oysters and shellfish to be savored either standing up, installed at the counter with its P.B.C. plate (bread, butter, lemon), or more comfortably in the car served on a tray. Fish soup, mussels marinière, scallop confit, before finishing with the inevitable home-made rum baba. A must in Les Halles and in Lyon.

Service minable!
Les moules glacées se battent en duel dans une petite assiette, la crème est à chercher à la loupe!..
La soupe de poisson est digne des restos du cœur… et les desserts sont sans doute de la veille!!!
Bref rien n’est bien!!!
