Maison Merle has been a fixture at Les Halles de Lyon, the temple of gastronomy, since its very beginnings. Created in 1938 by the Merle family, this stand with store, counter and restaurant - Le Wagon with its unusual dining room - is dedicated to oysters and shellfish to take away or enjoy on the spot.
