Merle has been specializing in oysters and shellfish since... 1938, long before the Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse opened its doors. This historic brand invites you to climb aboard its elegant wagon in the heart of Les Halles, and head off to the French coast to sample some excellent seafood. Oysters and shellfish can be enjoyed either standing at the counter with a P.B.C. plate (bread, butter, lemon), or more comfortably in the restaurant, served on a tray. Fish soup, mussels marinière, scallop confit, before finishing with the inevitable homemade rum baba. A must at Les Halles and in Lyon.

Un très bon choix des huîtres. Les huîtres Isigny et Utah Beach étaient excellentes, très fraîches.
Le vin blanc que nous avons goûté était bon.
