Oysters and shellfish to be savored either standing up, installed at the counter with its P.B.C. plate (bread, butter, lemon), or more comfortably in the car served on a tray. Fish soup, mussels marinière, scallop confit, before finishing with the inevitable home-made rum baba. A must in Les Halles and in Lyon.
