Fresh produce from local producers, a responsible approach: l'Amuse-Bouche is part of the gourmet trend of the moment, that of short circuits and good seasonal produce. The "Lab", as it can also be called to shorten its name, is the brainchild of Sylvain Dorez, who had the excellent idea of opening this address just a stone's throw from Place Guichard, in an area where people are always looking to eat fast and well at lunchtime. This is perfectly feasible at Le Lab, which offers fast food that matches the quality of the produce and the cuisine to our tight schedule. With chef Michaël Giron, Le Lab's kitchen team draws daily inspiration from fruit from the Place Guichard market, vegetables from a Trévoux producer, and meats of French origin, to present us with a menu full of freshness and flavor, renewed weekly. Enjoy lunch on site or to take away (glass containers are returnable) with this summer's carrot in cold soup, carrot tagliatelle, chive chantilly and red onion, or goat's cheese in panna cotta, zucchini brunoise, candied cherry tomatoes, black olives and walnuts. Next up: risotto-style summer vegetables, zucchini coulis, sautéed zucchini and English-style carrots, moussaka-style beef or oven-roasted saithe, garlic cream sauce and fresh tagliatelle. Roasted apricot with honey and fromage blanc, summer fruit... Gluten-free and lactose-free dishes available for all to enjoy. Meal trays for professionals and catering service for private customers.
