We're not on the banks of the Saône, but at Les Halles de Lyon, where frogs have been known as Baba for nearly 20 years. Sensitive souls (bad memories of old SVT lessons...) please refrain, here the frogs jump, but to fry in oil in large frying pans under the gaze of tourists and the sharp eyes of gourmands. A speciality of the Dombes region, frogs à la persillade are prepared by a Baba team led by Thomas Védrine. Frogs that go well with a glass of white wine and gratin dauphinois. 店内は混雑しており、店員に案内されるまで待っていましたが、空席があるにも関わらず、私たちは無視され、後から来た白人のグループが優先されました。
差別的な対応はとても不快な経験で、二度と来たいとは思いません。
Les cuisses de grenouilles étaient délicieuses accompagnées du fameux gratin.
En entrée, de vrais belles crevettes roses.
