Sensitive souls (bad memories of old SVT lessons...) please refrain, here the frogs jump, but to fry in oil in large frying pans under the gaze of tourists and the sharp eyes of gourmands. A speciality of the Dombes region, frogs à la persillade are prepared by a Baba team led by Thomas Védrine. Frogs that go well with a glass of white wine and gratin dauphinois.
