But before we share our sandwich, let's share this good address in the Bourse du Travail district, which had the good idea of doubling up as a street-food version in the popular Rue Chevreul. A well-deserved success for Gus & Gas, the gourmet association of Augustine and Gaspard, both graduates of the Institut Bocuse, who have put their own spin on the sandwich. In soft, 100% homemade buns, creative recipes using local produce add flavor to your snack, like this Pulled Duck, duck confit, roasted carrot with BBQ IPA sauce, to be enjoyed with salted popcorn. Co-pains are a welcome change from sandwiches.
