Barely open in the Bourse du Travail district, we discovered another street-food-style stall on trendy Rue Chevreul. A well-deserved success for Gus & Gas, the gourmet partnership of Augustine and Gaspard, both graduates of the Institut Bocuse, who have put their own spin on the sandwich. In fluffy, homemade buns, homemade with love and care, cooked recipes that add taste to your snack. From white ham revisited with braised sucrine to roast chicken with preserved lemon, not forgetting an offbeat Fish no chips and a vegetarian coque, "co-pains" to share, all accompanied by amazing salted popcorn. A nice change from sandwiches.
