Chef Alexis Pouly - creator of Le Danton and his Escapade, a chef trained at the finest tables who introduced bistronomy to Lyon long before anyone else - is back in town after a short break, to our great gourmet delight. In the Part-Dieu area, it's a pleasure to discover this bistronomic restaurant with its soothing decor, where you can relax and enjoy lunch and dinner all week long. 100% home-cooked cuisine, attention to detail and flavors, mastery of long, low-temperature cooking - the ribs are cooked for 40 hours... -and seasonal produce on a menu renewed every Wednesday. The wine list offers other favorites.

Nous sommes toujours très bien accueillis, équipe au top ! De bons conseils sur les vins pour accompagner nos plats. Cuisine élaborée et délicieuse de l'entrée au dessert ! Pour résumer : nous nous sommes régalés et avons passé un bon moment : )

A conseiller vivement si vous êtes de passage dans le quartier
(Seul bémol sur la quantité des plats, nous sommes ressortis en ayant encore un peu faim)
