In the Part-Dieu area, it's a pleasure to discover this bistronomic restaurant with its soothing decor, where you can relax and enjoy lunch and dinner all week long. 100% home-cooked cuisine, attention to detail and flavors, mastery of long, low-temperature cooking - the ribs are cooked for 40 hours... -and seasonal produce on a menu renewed every Wednesday. Je recommande le travers de porc cuit 50h!
La volaille cuite sous vide, juteuse et goûteuse, contraste avec les carottes un peu croquantes et les oignons grelots fondants.
Bref, un régal pour des prix très corrects. Je reviendrai !
