The Auditorium Maurice-Ravel is a concert hall located in the Part-Dieu district of Lyon's 3rd arrondissement. Inaugurated in 1975, the auditorium is the work of architects Delfante and Pottier. It is home to the Orchestre national de Lyon. With a capacity of 2,120, the auditorium hosts around 160 concerts per season, ranging from symphonic concerts to recitals, film-concerts, shows for young audiences, jazz, contemporary music and world music. In addition to concerts, the Auditorium also offers workshops, conferences and afterworks. For music lovers, this is a must-see venue in Lyon.
