BEILLEVAIRE
The Beillevaire history, started 30 years ago, continues in Les Halles de Lyon-Paul-Bocuse on a stand with colours of a "green" house, presenting its selection of quality products. First, there is the house manufacturing with cheeses produced in Loire-Atlantique, including the famous machecoulais with cow milk or the Pont d'Yeu with goat's milk, but also churn butter or raw cream, not to forget the yoghurts and the desserts like these delicious rice pudding or these blancmange. And then, there are all other cheeses, selected with the same passion and refined according to the rules of the art, from beaufort d'alpage to chabichou du Poitou. Homemade cheese preparations, customised platters and some "complements" to adorn the pleasure of enjoying excellent cheeses.
