A story that began in 1890 with grandfather Hilaire Cellerier, who sold cheese at the Vénissieux markets. Since then, 5 generations have passed on a unique know-how to serve us the best products. As a cheese ripener, Cellerier offers over 250 cheeses from our terroirs.
