POISSONNERIE DURAND
One of Lyon's finest benches can be found at Les Halles Paul Bocuse. And it's not made for sitting on, but for hosting the finest fish from Maison Durand on a bed of ice. This traditional establishment, founded in 1868, is run by passionate chefs - Nathalie, Florent and their team - who don't count the hours when it comes to treating us to ultra-fresh wild fish, shellfish and crustaceans. High-quality seafood products arrive directly, prepared and presented with care, lobsters from the fish tank and many other iodized pleasures in tune with the seasons.
