The "Voraces" of Croix-Rousse were thirsty and hungry for social justice when this group of canuts revolted in 1848. Today's "voraces" can peacefully make their way to chef Cédric Blin's bistronomic table. He leads the fight for good food, offering dishes made from the finest seasonal produce, especially fish and seafood. A terrace and a warm, stone-panelled dining room to serve bistronomic-style cuisine. Wine list in the same spirit of sharing pleasure.
