LE BISTROT FAIT SA BROC
With its acidulous decor, its kitsch knick-knacks, its bright red moleskin banquettes, its terrace encircled with chicken wire named the hen house and its Seventies music, Le Bistrot has performed its great show for many years with a public conquered in advance, consisting of students and the thirty-year-old people, artists, intellectuals and bobos. By the way, the owner gather everything in a joyful atmosphere "And what's for you, young people? " Well, it will be, at choice, a glass of fine wine, an old plum, a barley beer or a Mariages Frères tea, accompanied, if necessary, of a daily special simmered as at home, or cheeses or charcuterie plate. This Croix-Roux Bistro accommodates exhibitions of artists, readings and concerts very regularly. And if the owners grow old, the freshness of their reception is always present. Roll, youth!
