The work of a Spanish mason, Jules Sénis, cured of throat cancer, who vowed to build a garden dedicated to his mother, Rosa Mir. Inspired by the architect Gaudi and the Facteur Cheval, it took him twenty years to create this space. Due to the sanitary context, the garden is temporarily closed, except for the guided tours "Lyon Nature".

Pas un bonjour et on m'interdit et oblige d'attacher mon chien sur une barrière près de la route. Loin de l'entrée du jardin, en plein soleil proche de la route alors que sur la grille du jardin nous pourrions le laisser le temps de la visite. Accueil pas très ouvert ni respectueux ni poli. Je peux comprendre un minimum que les animaux ne soient pas admis. Mais delà à demander qu'il soit attacher de l'autre côté proche de la route je trouve ça véritablement moyen.
La minutie dans sa création et son entretien tout comme son originalité le rendent incontournable !
Seul bémol : la plage d'ouverture au public très restreinte.

Ce jardin, secrètement garder dans un des plus beaux coins de Lyon, vaut le détour ! Attention cependant aux heures de pointes, la curiosité a du succès.
