The work is made up of tricks of the hand, know-how and a raw, refined passion to be shared between two bags of flour. The Canuses baguettes are magical, as are the traboules, and the seasonal fruit tarts are to die for, as are the kouign-amann and croissants that would get anyone out of bed.
