To mark last year's change of ownership, we've changed the sign, even though many regulars and cross-Roussiens continue to visit Fromagerie Galland. To be served on a platter, we now go to Jérémy Richard, who perpetuates the best of tradition by offering us a selection of cheeses from producers with the rhythm of the seasons: regional cheeses and from elsewhere, blues for all tastes, authentic mozzarellas or a creamy truffle, not forgetting Philippe's tradition. Expert advice and the possibility of ordering a cheese meal or superb made-to-measure platters to delight your guests at a reception.
