He and his team treat us to the finest seafood. A wide selection of shellfish - oysters in particular - live crustaceans, including Breton lobsters and live shrimp, wild fish from small French boats, Label Rouge salmon and all the homemade dishes of an exceptional fishmonger-caterer.
