If you're picky about Les Fines Gueules, you haven't understood the Lyon spirit that lives on here more than anywhere else! Established almost 12 years ago in this cobbled area of Vieux Lyon, Les Fines Gueules is one of the best bouchons around. A pleasant little terrace, a warm dining room, a warm welcome and cuisine by Joël Salzi, a disciple of Paul Bocuse. Authentic traditional Lyonnais cuisine, gourmet, generous, made with good produce and passion. Clear display of intolerances. A wine list to match. Reference.
