Well-established for over 10 years in this cobbled area of Vieux Lyon, Les Fines Gueules is one of the best bouchons around. Pleasant little terrace, warm dining room, adorable welcome and cuisine by Joël Salzi, disciple of Paul Bocuse. Authentic traditional Lyonnais cuisine, gourmet, generous, made with good produce and passion. The wine list matches the cuisine.
