Restaurant with terrace offering a generous and seasonal cuisine.
If you've set off from the Saint-Georges side of Vieux Lyon, and made your way to the Place de la Trinité, which is also the setting for the Guignol theater, it's first and foremost to have your belly popped, as they say in Lyon, with the famous quenelles du Soleil. The best artisanal quenelles, with pike in Nantua sauce or poultry in forestry sauce, to be had in our fair city. Bistro dishes to vary the pleasures with a Soleil burger or beef tartare. A sun that never ceases to shine on gourmets.
