Restaurant with two terraces with panoramic view on Lyon.
A bistronomic, semi-gastronomic bubble has opened on the Fourvière hill. First, there's the incredible beauty of this exceptional site, the Maison Carrée and its Gallo-Roman remains that bear witness to 2,000 years of history, on a belvedere overlooking Lyon. The panoramic terrace is a paradise, the dining room an enchantment, just like the cuisine imagined by Michelin-starred chef Guy Lassausaie, who created Bulle with his friend Gaëlle Manin. As the seasons change, executive chef Raphaël Courtin and his assistant Pierre Borrel create refined dishes using local produce. Private lounge for family, friends or colleagues. Bullons galore.
