MALVA
French-Ukrainian restaurant serving delicious traditional Ukrainian dishes prepared by chef Illia Vasvutinski.
While we can't ignore the war that has cruelly struck Ukraine, it's with a sense of calm that we come to Malva to savor the gastronomy of a great country. Ukraine is home to a rich heritage and many treasures, starting with its cuisine. Malva is Lyon's very first Franco-Ukrainian restaurant. Chef Illia Vasvutinski, a graduate of the Institut Lyfe, creates his own version of traditional Ukrainian dishes with surprising flavors that follow the rhythm of the seasons: chicken Kiev, pelmeni (Slavic ravioli), the must-try borscht or a fine plate of vegetables. Adorable service to better understand the composition of dishes not seen elsewhere.
