MALVA
French-Ukrainian restaurant serving delicious traditional Ukrainian dishes prepared by chef Illia Vasvutinski.
Over the past 2 years, we've learned a lot about Ukraine through the news. But what better way to get to know a country than by discovering its gastronomy? A heroic nation, Ukraine is home to a rich heritage and many treasures, starting with its cuisine. Malva is the first Franco-Ukrainian restaurant to open in Lyon. Chef Illia Vasvutinski, a graduate of the Institut Lyfe, brings us his version of traditional Ukrainian dishes that will tantalize our taste buds: herring on fur, vareniky - a kind of ravioli -, the must-try borscht or the astonishing stuffed carp. Adorable service to better understand the composition of dishes not seen elsewhere. Deliciously original.
