Une cuisine toujours aussi savoureuse et recherchée. De vraies recettes traditionnelles (poteto salada, gyoza, etc).
L'ancienne propriétaire a pris sa retraite et est retourné au Japon, la nouvelle équipe est charmante est dynamique, ça parle en japonais avec les habitués ! La déco a été entièrement revue et modernisée mais la carte et les suggestions restent toujours aussi qualitatives. Ca reste pour moi le meilleur restaurant japonais de Lyon.
La note peu paraître salée mais ça en vaut largement la peine.
Attention je répète, ce n'est pas un restaurant de sushi, même s'ils en ont un peu à la carte... Passez votre chemin si c'est ce que vous cherchez.
