But don't worry, there are still plenty of good things you can cook to make tasty dishes. In this Broccoli, which has all the makings of a gourmet table, the chef has mastered the art of diverting quality products to satisfy our palates with original flavors: roasted turnips with thyme, a small salad and cashew sauce, followed by spinach and broccoli with a fine herb sauce and an almond and Tonka bean cake. In the evening, a surprise vegan menu inspired by the chef. Broccoli with a twist.

Si vous cherchez une première expérience en resto végétarien, c’est le lieu où aller.
En quelques mots, les plats sont excellents, le service impeccable et le cadre parfait. Le rapport qualité-prix très bien (quoique je pourrai payer quelques euros de plus tellement c’est bon !)
Bref allez y les yeux fermés
Accord parfait des saveurs, assaisonnements, sauces…
Accueil discret et chaleureux. De quoi passer un véritable moment.
