AGASTACHE
Restaurant proposing products of short circuits of quality and season.
Not the easiest name to pronounce, but one to remember. Not only because it was justly awarded a Bib Gourmand, but above all because of the quality of a team formed by Mathieu l'Her and a "new" chef, who also worked for Christian Têtedoie (best trainer of young talent in Lyon) but also at the wonderful Clos des Sens: Alexis Lauriac. Plants, wood and stone naturally find their place in the décor, while flavours explode in plates bursting with flavour. Original, instinctive cuisine, fine work on products and an owner's wine list. A lively address to follow and enjoy.
