AGASTACHE
Restaurant proposing products of short circuits of quality and season.
Bistronomy has a bright future ahead of it with Agastache. Of course, you could say there's a gastronomic level to this 6th arrondissement address, where you'll find the team formed by Mathieu L'her, trained at Têtedoie and at the origin of the adventure 5 years ago, and chef Alexis Lauriac, who also worked at Têtedoie but also at the triple-starred Clos des Sens, and who joined Agastache last year. Plants, wood and stone naturally find their place in the décor, while flavors explode in dazzling dishes. Original, instinctive cuisine, fine work on products and an owner's wine list. A lively address that we're keeping a close eye on.
