Journey through the flavors offered by this Franco-Japanese fusion. Original flavors highlighted by perfectly mastered techniques. The dishes are full of surprises, including veal chuck confit with clementine juice, spinach and polenta with parmesan, and root vegetables with coconut milk. Wonderful combinations at affordable prices, not to mention divine desserts. Exceptional value for money.
