Milprée has blossomed in the Foch district, bringing us sunshine and flavor. Amélie, the sunshine in the dining room, and Anne-Laure and Noémie, the flavors (and sunshine) in the kitchen, driven by shared values and a sincere commitment to the planet and well-being, have opened a restaurant where the sobriety of a soothing décor, including a superb wall of exposed stone, contrasts with vintage, colorful plates. A 3-course menu, including one vegetarian dish, featuring seasonal market-fresh produce, mostly local (Trévoux producers, Dombes suppliers, Isère trout), for a creative cuisine and particularly successful sauces. Enough to make you fall in love with this address.
