Restaurant offering creative seasonal cuisine based on fresh products in Lyon.
We say "M" to this superb restaurant, created by Michelin-starred chef Mathieu Viannay some twenty years ago, and taken over by chef Julien Gautier 15 years ago, to express his innovative cuisine using the finest fresh seasonal produce. The contemporary elegance of the dining room does not detract from the conviviality and relaxation, particularly at lunchtime when the menu is very affordable for the quality presented. In the kitchen, the chefs, especially Chef Harvey, sublimate the products in tasty combinations, right down to the juices. The M's wine cellar is a particular highlight, with perfect food and wine pairings. Rare at this level is the possibility of ordering online and taking away.
