The city as you've never seen it before! Lyon was the birthplace of Trail Urbain. It's a style of running that has spread to other cities, which, for a weekend, have become running grounds in their own right. With its rugged terrain (we're talking about a positive vertical drop of 1,400 m and 6,000 steps for the 37 km, the premier event reserved for up to 1,100 runners), Lyon is the ideal city to welcome the best trailers and beginners alike (from 8 km to 37 km, not forgetting the 12 km rando). Always the same advice: sign up early, as early as November for a spring edition, as the 10,000 participants will be lining up at the starting gate.
