Domofinance is a credit company created by BNP Paribas and EDF. It specializes in financing home renovation projects, particularly those aimed at improving energy efficiency, and its offer is aimed at both private individuals and condominiums. Working in close collaboration with property managers, local authority housing departments and engineering firms, our condominium loans enable condominium owners' associations to finance collective work on their properties. The loan is approved by the general meeting and remains optional for co-owners. The interest rates offered are repayable over 15 years, and co-owners are not jointly liable in the event of non-payment, thanks to a surety bond. Combined with a collective eco-PTZ and other possible advantages, a condominium renovation project becomes conceivable and acceptable. The benefits also apply to work to bring communal areas up to standard, or even to renovate them.
