ADIL is literally the Departmental Housing Information Agency and was established in 1992 in each department. It essentially provides complete and free information for tenants, donors and owners on legal, financial and tax matters. A transition to ADIL can also prove to be very useful in the search for and demand for aid of all kinds. But beware! It is a neutral body, and it will never take part in any conflict, but will only be limited (already good and indispensable) to guide you as best as possible in your endeavours. Finally, PETIT puts at the disposal of all, on its website, many tools of calculation, including tax credits, notary fees, and possible real estate investments.
