J'ai fait appel a servizen d'abord pour du ménage et repassage puis pour du jardinage . J'ai été séduit par leur rapidité de prise en main des besoins. Leur prestation est correct et le rapport qualité prix correct. Je recommande

Experience over 9 months: Staff, sometimes sympathetic, but who do not always respect the expected duration of the benefit: sometimes a tendency to go much sooner, if you are not here..... It can go up to 25% less on the planned delivery. Rated Quality: Sometimes it's completely botched, completely revised, few staff are competent, the rare pearl is more than rare at home, compared to other type O 2 companies. there is confusion between current household and'current '. Ask, if the staff is trained. There is clear lack of rigour. Example: When you get the mop, you expect that this dry before walking… well not at home! So obviously it leaves traces… Service in a generally unreliable way. The response provided by customer service to each difficulty encountered: " We will do better next time ". Shame that this does not happen.

Beware, I called on this company for business in my cuisine (crafts is part of their offers). They did not keep their commitments and proved unable to perform work for that they had sent a quotation me. Ultimately I lost much time because of this company.

Ma maman est bien entourée par Adeline entre autre qui est une personne de confiance, discrète, souriante et qui aime son métier, c'est rare croyez moi !
Le personnel au téléphone est agréable et elles connaissent bien leur métier, même si travailler avec de l'humain pose parfois des difficultés ,ça peut arriver, elles savent vous rassurer et prendre les décisions efficaces pour vous satisfaire !
Quel soulagement pour ma maman et nous la famille !!
