Romaric Boilley - sugar European champion 2011, finalist of the Meilleur Ouvrier de France in pastry chefs 2004 -, is undoubtedly one of our best craftsmen of taste. It is always with happiness and delicacy that we go to his shop on the cours Vitton, not far from the "mother house" on the Boulevard des Brotteaux. A chocolate shop like in a gourmet child's dream, directed by a demanding craftsman, which has only excellent products. In this beautiful shop all in length, we plunge into a chocolate tunnel in which we would stay! Not only it is splendid, but also it smells deliciously good. Bars of Grand Crus, praline bouchées, chocolate candies, spreads, beggars, orangettes... 100% handmade chocolates, made from noble products, to offer the best of taste, and recipes complied with a very particular care. An address that is undoubtedly delicious, just sensational and totally Futé.
